We are living in unprecedented times with information changing daily. As you may know, AOTC pressed pause on our auditions that were set for early April as we waited on more information on the global pandemic. Our Board of Directors examined a number of scenarios and we have come to the conclusion that for the health and safety of our staff, potential cast, and our community, we will postpone our summer production of A Chorus Line.
We will be contacting everyone that already purchased a membership for this summer. We will be offering options as we navigate this unexpected terrain.
This is not what we imagined for our 10th summer of environmental theatre, but we are still very proud and grateful to have reached this milestone. We understand that we did not do it alone! We are very grateful to our supportive community that has embraced outdoor theatre and has followed us each and every summer to a brand new, site specific location. We can’t wait to join you once again under the stars and bring another story to life!
Don’t forget to join us for A Night in Sleepy Hollow with the Bourbonnais Township Park District on October 9th, 10th, 16th & 17th at Perry Farm Park and for our biennial production of It’s a Wonderful Life – a radio play at the Majestic Theatre in Kankakee on December 11th, 12th, & 13th.
